Plan the job.
Explain the payments.
Blank planning template, not a contract or a suggested billing schedule. Use your actual business and project terms. Mark estimates clearly and ask the reviewing provider which information it needs.
01 Describe your card-processing activity
Use the requested statement periods. If you have no processing history, say so; do not present sales forecasts as completed transactions.
02 Summarize one representative project
03 Map your actual billing milestones
| Billing stage | Amount / method | When / what triggers it? | Supporting record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit, if used | |||
| Progress payment(s) | |||
| Change order(s) | |||
| Final payment |
Write “not used” where appropriate. Use a separate schedule for more milestones. This template does not set deposit amounts, payment deadlines or legal requirements.
These are needs to discuss, not confirmed provider features. Ask which methods and integrations are supported for your account.
